I m still waiting and it s been three days since i placed the order.

I also order from them online and always get fast delivery. I have used the phone app to have items delivered and also go to the store. That is the impression that i get having come into contact with their customer service department after trying to buy some pet food using their next day delivery service.

Free next day collection from store when you spend 39 or more. The staff were lovely and really patient. Very special young ladies. Orders less than 39 will be ready for collection in up to 4 days.

Pets at home don t care about their customers. They have asked me when entering the store in york what i was going in for and although this can be taken the wrong way by some they re only trying to do their best for customer and staff safety during a pandemic. There are 39 customers that pets at home rating them as bad. Helpful kind patient and listened carefully to what i needed.

Fantastic place to get more than just your pet food and pets can come too. Always had great service at pets at home. I found the app easy to use and delivery was very good plus it was during the covid 19 so i wasn t able to go anywhere. Pets at home has collected 130 reviews with an average score of 2 31.
